9 Pin No-Tap Tournament Series

The KPA No Tap Tournament Series was a huge hit last year and we can’t wait for the next season to come around so we can do it all over again. Just like last season we will have 6 tournaments, one per month starting in October and running through March. In April we will have the grand finale where the top 8 teams will come back for a free end of season event with a chance to win bonus cash. We have made a couple of changes to the series this year to ensure fairness for all but most everything from last year will remain the same including the low $20 per person entry fee.   • 4 person teams, any mix
  • Entry fee remains $20 per person/$80 per team
  • Handicap is 90% of 900
  • Natural strike with colored head pin earns a $1 scratch lottery ticket
  • Giveaways/prizes
  • Teams earn points based on finish position each month. 10 pts for 1st place, 9 pts for 2nd and so on.
  • All teams that compete in all 6 events will receive 30 bonus points at end of season.
  • Teams must have 3 consistent members to maintain point collection. Must have team name and a designated captain
  • Food and bar specials for these events
  • All tournaments are on Saturdays and will start at 1pm

When the COVID-19 pandemic put a stop on bowling back in March our plans for the 8 team rolloff also was put on hold.

Kingpin’s Alley is back open now and we want to finish what we started.  So, on October 3, we will be holding the rolloff for the 8 teams that qualified.  We decided that since we are still having to work within the guidelines of the pandemic that we would limit this to just those 8 teams and not have any others involved like we had previously planned.

We know that some teams had signed up for the April event and had also paid.  We will either issue a refund of the entry fee or we will roll that into the October event if the team so chooses.

The 2020-2021 schedule is now posted.  Get your team signed up to bowl as we work on getting back to some sort of normal.

We ask that all teams signing up for any event to please pay for your entry at the time you sign up.  We also request that any changes to the team for any event be made one half hour prior to the event.  If everyone follows these rules we can get our events started on time and ensure fun for all.
